How can I check the status of my order?

What if I have a return?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email within 14 days of invoice date. After they have given you authorization for a return. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, will result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained, no exceptions. Bon Bon Cupcakes will credit your card or issue a store credit within 30 Business Days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. BonBonCupcakes.com guarantees customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do everything within reason to make it right for you.

from transmission of materials through its Website.
